2. Use low-quality adhesive, and the amount is very small, it is not resistant to oil, and can not be firmly bonded, resulting in short-circuit of the filter joint; or the joint of the filter core is connected with staples, can not be sealed and short-circuited, so that a lot of harmful impurities enter Engine to reduce engine life.
3. Replace the oil-resistant rubber parts with ordinary rubber parts, and the internal short circuit of the filter during the use or the internal seal seal failure will cause the engine to wear early, the life is reduced or the outer seal is expanded and deformed, resulting in the outer seal of the oil filter. The ring is squeezed out, and a large amount of oil is drained in a short period of time, causing the engine to burn the tile and hold the shaft and suffer serious damage.
4. The welding part of the air filter housing part is replaced by spot welding instead of seam welding, which cannot guarantee the sealing and form a short circuit.
5. The oil filter central tube material is thin and thick, and the strength is not enough. In the process of use, the central tube sucks, the filter element breaks and blocks the oil circuit, resulting in insufficient engine lubrication; or the reliability of the bite is poor, and the bite is pulled during use. The opening causes the oil to leak in a short time, thus causing the burning of the tiles and the axle.
6. The metal parts such as the filter end cover, the center tube and the outer casing are not subjected to anti-rust treatment, which causes the metal to corrode and cause impurities, which makes the filter become a source of pollution. What’s more, replacing cement with cement is more harmful.
Therefore, the inferior filter cost is very large, it is recommended that users must be careful when replacing the filter.
