At present, the oil filter wrenches on the market are mainly divided into two categories:
1. One is a set of standard wrenches made by stamping according to the size of oil filters of different models.
2. In the other category, professional wrenches are used to fix filters by using chains, three-foot arc teeth, belts, etc.
2. Refueling of Rotary Oil Filter before Replacement
When changing, the filter core should be filled with oil, and the filter core can be filled only after the oil penetrates the filter core. After starting, the locomotive should check that there is no leakage at the junction. Because of the inorganic oil in the filter element of the replaced filter, when the locomotive starts, the lubricating oil in the oil passage will be cut off for a short time, which will increase the wear and tear.
3. The precondition is that the centrifugal oil filter works well.
So the poor filtering effect of the filter will increase the workload of the rotary filter, which should be paid attention to.
