1. Sensitivity: It mainly depends on the chip itself. The electromechanical coupling coefficient is large and the sensitivity is high; on the contrary, the sensitivity is low.
2. Working frequency: resonance frequency of piezoelectric wafer. When the frequency of AC voltage is equal to the resonant frequency of the wafer, the output energy is the largest and the sensitivity is the highest.
3. Working temperature: Because the Curie point of piezoelectric material is generally high, especially the power of ultrasonic probe used for diagnosis is small, so the working temperature is relatively low, and it can work for a long time without failure.
3. The inspection and cleaning of filter element by filter sensor are as follows
1. For filter element of screen type and felt type, clean diesel oil and brush can be used to wash and flush the filter element to remove oil and impurities on the filter element.
2. For paper filter, after 250-500 hours of operation, it is not necessary to clean again, so new filter should be replaced. For filters that are too dirty to be cleaned, damaged or perforated, they should be renewed.
3. The main damages of metal mesh filter element are welding, breakage and blockage. Maintenance methods are as follows: Maintain filter capacity of filter element of filter sensor frequently, if de-welded, re-welded after cleaning, damaged replacement parts.
